Solid state digital recorder with a built in tape player that can mix music and messages from pre-recorded tapes into the digital memory.
A production can be renewed by sending a new music cassette to replace the existing music bed, while the messages remain the same. The 3400 automatically mixes licensed music and professional messages. The unit also fades the music behind the message to provide a professional production.
Our unit is the easiest on-hold system to operate. A human voice talks you through installation. When power is supplied to the system it says, "Please insert your cassette tape with the label facing you and close my door." When this is done, you will hear "I am loading your production now." At the end of the download, the machine lets you know everything is okay by saying, "Your production has been successfully digitized."
